Casa Crex

Villa Crex is a luxury villa right on the cliffs in the urbanization of Vale da Lapa with a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean. The location is quiet, almost only local traffic, so a quiet, relaxing holiday at the highest level.
The house is very tastefully decorated and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool with the ocean in the background.

Behind the front door is the entrance hall, from which the two bedrooms on the ground floor and the living room are accessible. Upstairs is a second living room with a TV and two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom and in the foyer is a guest toilet. From the living room and from the fully equipped kitchen you have direct views to the sea through large windows on the terrace.

In the covered terrace area, the barbecue and dining table for 6 people and big umbrellas provide additional shade for the sun beds around the pool.

Location

The Villa Crex is located in the small seaside resort of Carvoeiro, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Algarve. The house is quietly located in the well-known Carvoeiroclub.
There is also the tennis club, which is within walking distance and is now also features a new fitness center.

The beautiful location, the beautiful sea views offer the ideal setting for a wonderful holiday.

Electricity and gas in the winter months up to and including 05.05. according to consumption:
Electricity is billed at € 0.23 per KW / h. Gas is billed at € 5.9 per m3 Gas consumption only occurs when using the underfloor heating. If the guest wants to heat with the fireplace on the ground floor, we can provide him with a supply of wood on request.
