Algarve Individuell is an online travel agency. We arrange and rent vacation homes and apartments in Portugal, especially in the Algarve, on behalf of the owners. We are also happy to arrange rental cars and flights. We are happy to take the time to advise you and find the right accommodation for your vacation.

The vacation homes are only included in the agency catalog after they have been viewed and discussed in detail with the owners. This means that we know every vacation home and every vacation apartment ourselves and can therefore advise you very well when arranging accommodation. We take great care to ensure that a vacation home or vacation apartment meets certain features and standards and that a contact person/house manager is responsible for the house and the customers on site. Our most important requirement for vacation homes and apartments is cleanliness!

With Algarve Individuell you do not pay more for your vacation home or apartment than you would from the owner. We receive a commission rate that is not added to the owner's price. We receive a commission rate that is deducted from the owner's price.

We receive a commission for brokering a car, which is paid by the car company. This means that you pay the same price as the supplier!

We will send you a contract for your vacation home or apartment, which you must sign and return to us. From this moment on, we will record your request as a reservation. As soon as you have paid the deposit of 30% to our account, your reservation will be converted into a binding booking. The balance must also be paid by bank transfer 8 weeks before arrival.

Once we have received the final payment, we will send you detailed directions that will take you directly to your vacation home or apartment. As a rule, our customers land in Faro. There is no airport transfer, as is the case with tour operators. Our directions therefore start at Faro airport. If you are arriving by car or coming from Lisbon, please let us know in advance so that we can change the directions accordingly.

In the Algarve, most of the vacation homes and apartments are located away from the towns, so there are no street names or house numbers. For this reason, most of the houses cannot be found using a navigation system. Therefore, please always take the directions we send you with you.

You will also receive a contact person on site with each route description. The vacation homes and apartments arranged by us are looked after by a local property manager who is also responsible for handing over the keys. Before your arrival, please let us know your arrival time at the airport. We will forward this information to the property manager. They will then meet you personally at the house or leave you the key. How this will be in your case can be found on your directions.

For problems of any kind, especially if they concern the vacation home or apartment, please contact the on-site supervisor, who is also noted on your directions. We only work with very reliable and helpful administrative staff who will always endeavor to solve problems as quickly as possible.
