On an exposed hill, which allows a wonderful view over the Portuguese landscape, the villa is set in a 1000 sqm garden with a heated pool, a rooftop terrace and a covered large covered terrace with barbecue. The house has. 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (200x200), 3 bathrooms (2ensuite), a neat living room with dining area, a spacious modern kitchen and central heating The house is alarmed.
It has a second Barbecue on the roof terrace.
There are 2 independently programmed TV sets are in the house.

Location

The villa is located approximately 3km west of Carvoeiro and 800m from the sea. The next bay Carneiros is 1500m away. Carvoeiro is one of the most popular villages in the Algarve. The holiday resorts around the center are matched in a landscape design without skyscrapers
and tourist developments.
Carvoeiro is an authentic fishing village that has retained its charm. The center is located above a small bay with the beach of Carvoeiro, nestled between two hills. In the village you will find everything for the holidaymaker, from cafes to a variety of local and international restaurants.
The surrounding golf courses Pinta and Gramacho and the Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis are just a few minutes away.

The well-known rock formations of "Algar Seco" with hiking trails are just minutes away by car.
