Casa Trevo is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa positioned near the Tivoli Hotel, just 5 mins walk into Carvoeiro town.

Set in a good sized plot with mature gardens, the villa has a pool which can be classed as gated as once in the villa there is a gate from terrace to the pool. Casa Trevo has great living areas, with an open plan dining area with sitting area, with music system and fireplace There is also a bright open lounge area with FTA Sat TV, a further fireplace. The property also has WiFi for clients use. Also on this Floor is a fully equipped Kitchen, also a WC.

Upstairs there are also two terraces areas, one accessed by the lounge and dining area, the other by the lounge and kitchen. The terrace from the Kitchen and lounge has access to the roof terrace with stunning sea views. The larger terrace has a gate to the pool area.

Downstairs has been refurbished in April 2012 and there are 3 twin bedrooms that can be put together as double bedrooms which share two shower rooms.
