Fora Houses - Terra

House Terra accommodates up to 4–6 guests, plus a baby. With its well-thought-out layout, tranquil atmosphere, and abundance of comfort, Terra is perfectly suited for relaxed mornings, cozy evenings, and a truly restful holiday.

Cool tiled floors, whitewashed walls, shaded terraces, and expansive views across the landscape create a calm, grounded environment where both adults and children can easily unwind. It is a peaceful, spacious retreat—the ideal place to disconnect from the demands of everyday life.

Outdoor Area
A private, shaded pergola features a dining table and seating for six—perfect for long summer evenings. For cooler nights, there is also a fire pit surrounded by stone seating.

Guests also have access to a large, shared garden (3,500 m²) dotted with shaded spots, olive trees, and carob trees. A swimming pool (9 m x 4 m)—shared with one other unit—offers a refreshing escape during the summer months. Additionally, there is a communal outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar (with seating for five), an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a separate freezer compartment, and a fully automatic coffee machine—ideal for leisurely mornings and relaxed family meals.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a luxurious "super king" bed (180 × 200 cm) and a traditional en-suite bathroom (with a shower-over-bath configuration). (Renovations are scheduled for 2027.) Living and Dining Area
A large, inviting living space featuring high ceilings, a spacious dining table, an L-shaped sofa, a children’s play corner with comfortable beanbags, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings.

Additional Bedrooms
A second bedroom, which can be set up either as a double room (with a 160 × 200 cm bed) or with two single beds, plus a third bedroom, which is also furnished with two single beds.
