Das Haus wurde sehr hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Es verfügt im Erdgeschoss über einen modernen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin und Klimaanlage, einer offenen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, von wo man in den Wintergarten gelangen kann, der auch zum Essen genutzt werden kann , einem Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Duschbad und Gästetoilette.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit kleiner Terrasse und Aufgang zur Dachterrasse, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne.
