It is the ideal starting point to discover the city, the islands and the whole Eastern Algarve.

Location

Casa Salinas is located in the heart of the historic old town of Olhão, within walking distance of the long waterfront promenade and many restaurants and cafes.
The village has much to offer:
The famous fish and vegetable markets, numerous shops, a balanced mix of tourism and tradition, a partly Moorish-looking old town, in summer culture and festivals and the proximity to the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
In just a few minutes walk from the ferry dock to the beautiful coastal islands (for example, Armona, Farol, Culatra) with their long, beautiful sandbanks.
Other attractive cities such as Tavira, Fuzeta and Loulé can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Casa Salinas is a typical fisherman's house of the Algarve, newly refurbished in 2019.

The light-flooded corner house was very tastefully and simply decorated in Mediterranean colors.
On the ground floor there are two cozy bedrooms with double beds
(1x 1,40x2m, 1x 1,60m x 2m) and a bathroom with shower / WC.
On the first floor is the kitchen / living area (kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and manual Bodum coffee maker), which leaves the way to a spacious terrace through original wooden doors.
On the south-facing two-storey sun terrace (1x20sqm,
1x 15 sqm), you can relax wonderfully with a glass of Vinho Verde and your view sweeps over the city and the lagoon,for example.
