From the south-facing balcony opens a wonderful panoramic view over the rooftops of the old town to the sea. The apartment has been newly renovated, fully air-conditioned and lovingly furnished. The design combines traditional style with modern-maritime chic in sand and turquoise tones. The apartment is located on the city wall of Lagos at the end of a cul-de-sac and thus despite its central location in a quiet residential area.
The paths are short, you have shops, restaurants and the historic market hall within walking distance. The city beach and the marina are also within walking distance. The Lagosol apartment has a living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, large kitchen, 2 balconies, loggia, communal courtyard with BBQ and is therefore ideal for a family or 3 adults.
Parking is available at the city wall a few meters away.

Lagosol boutique apartment is located in the western part of the Algarve, in the popular harbor town of Lagos.
In the picturesque center of Lagos you will find the winding old town with numerous restaurants and shops.
The listed and redesigned market hall offers fruit, vegetables and fresh fish, has a magnificent viewing terrace and is well worth a visit.
On the long promenade and the marina can be wonderful stroll.
Around Lagos you will find a wide variety of beaches of small, romantic creeks, but also the long Meia Praia, where you can take wonderful walks. The beautiful rock formations of the Ponta de Piedade attract many visitors every year!
The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, yet in a quiet residential area. You do not need a car here and can do everything on foot.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living / dining room, a large, well-equipped kitchen, 2 balconies and a loggia (as a reading / writing area, office suitable).

The community court of the house can be used. Here you can play, have a barbecue or enjoy a good glass of Portuguese wine.

From the living room leads to the south-facing balcony with stunning views over the old town. Facilities include a dining area and a sofa area, a sound system with Bluetooth, Internet and flat screen.
Furthermore, an air conditioning system for cooling and heating is available.
The large and well-equipped kitchen offers guests, for example, a gas stove, oven, Nesspresso capsule machine, washing machine and microwave.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The tasteful bedrooms, one with adjoining balcony, have double beds (160 x 200 cm) and
2 single beds each 90 x 200 cm.
The equipment with heating / cooling also allows pleasant stays in winter.

Additional Info

The electricity is billed according to consumption due to the air conditioning. 80 KWh / week included in the price. Everything that goes beyond that is billed at 23 cents / unit.
