The house is located between Portimao and Lagos in the immediate vicinity of the golf course Palmares.
The distance to the Atlantic Ocean is 300m.
The panoramic views of the sea, the port of Alvor and the mountains of Monchique are breathtaking.
Directly below the house is the famous, 6km long, sandy beach "Meia Preia" and a nature reserve.
For water sports are diving and because of the offshore wind, very good surfing possibilities.
