Quinta das Garcas is a detached villa on the edge of Praia da Luz and is located in the middle of a stunning garden with large palm trees and old trees. In the center of the garden you will find the 5x10m pool with the bordering patio area (South-side). The house itself has very tasteful furnishing and has high-quality equipment. A spacious, well-lit bedroom with a large balcony and bathroom en suite is located on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a guest WC. The large, friendly furnished wood kitchen offers enough space for 8-10 people, it has a pass-through and connects to the stylish dining room and the spacious living room with an open fireplace. All rooms on the ground floor offer comfortable access to the patio and garden with their double-winged doors and are thus ideal for people in wheel chairs.
Luz is an idyllic little beach resort that is located on a beautiful bay with a beach. The small city profits from the cultural and pulsating attraction of 'Lagos', but this city still has its own charm. In addition to a large supermarket, there are different small stores, a bank, a pharmacy, a post office, an internet cafe, just to name a few. Typical for this city is a large variety of small properties with flowers. The beautiful beach promenade is especially inviting for walking and relaxing. The beach, about 300m long and 50 m wide, is bordered to the west by flat cliff formations. Little surf, thus ideal for children. Water sport options like diving, surfing, water skiing and jetskiing are offered during the summer. Beach bars and restaurants all around. From Luz, it is only about a 10 minute drive to Lagos, 20 minutes to the impressive raw beaches of the West coast. An ideal holiday destination.
