The Villa Azul was built in 2002 and is located in Sesmarias, just on the west end of Carvoeiro. It is surrounded by a 1600 sqm landscaped garden with wonderful sea views.
The house has surrounding outside terraces and an additional large roof terrace. With 10 by 5 sqm the private pool is large enough for swimming. Afterwards prepare some fish with the outside BBQ!
The living room and the dining area with open kitchen are located on the ground floor. Here are the two bedrooms, each with a bath en suit.
On the upper floor of the house are some private rooms that are not rented. Since 2013, another bedroom is rented in the upper floor with additional terrace and stunning sea views. Thus, the house is now ideal for 6 people!
Location
Villa Azul is located in Sesmaris, a well maintained residential area, in the west of Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro is about 40 minutes from the airport and is a very popular holiday destination in the Algarve. In addition to the town beach of Carvoeiro are located in the vicinity many beautiful beach coves. On the cliffs in and around Carvoeiro there are many trails (unpaved) overlooking the Atlantic.
Equipment details
The villa has a large living area (about 70m ²). Here you have the opportunity to serve the best teak table, the breakfast bar or the cozy coach. The high-quality kitchen in the "Country Style" is equipped with SIEMENS appliances and has all the necessary items of a luxurious kitchen. A washing machine is provided in a separate laundry room. The approximately 15m ² bedroom with double beds are on the ground floor with each door to the pool area outside. The bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes that provide plenty of space for your belongings and air conditioning. A baby cot is on site. The bathrooms are directly connected to two bedrooms and decorated with local tiles. They also have underfloor heating for the colder season. 200kW per week are included, in addition, the power consumption is charged. The terrace and the pool area have loungers and terrace furniture.

The house has a wireless internet connection, which is available! Sheets, towels and tea towels are available.

With an occupancy of 2 people, only two bedrooms are available! Electricity costs are billed according to consumption. 30 KWh per day are included in the price.

Die Kinder und wir waren total begeistert. Ein paar Dinge gibt es halt doch noch, wenn man die Abzüge bei Preis/Leistung und Service betrachtet: - der Gärtner hat den Pool an seinem Arbeitstag völlig verdreckt. Seine Reinigungsversuche waren nur einigermassen erfolgreich. - Wlan Passwort, Poollicht und Abstellkammer mit einigenen tollen Hinterbleibseln für die nächsten Urlauber, solche wichtigen Informationen könnte man den Urlaubern von Anfang an via A4 Zusammenstellung zur Verfügung stellen können. - Absolutes Muss ist Moskitospray. Auf dem Dach und dem Dachunterstand nähe Pool hält man es in der Dämmerung und Nacht (Mitte Juli) nicht lange aus. - Das Meer war Mitte Juli nicht zum baden geeignet. Es war viel zu kalt. - Der Holzkohlegrill war absolut super!
Das sind aber nur ein paar wenige Dinge, die man verändern könnte, dann wäre es der perfekt Urlaub. Wir werden sicherlich diesen Ort noch einmal aufsuchen und können dieses Haus mit seiner hochwertigen Ausstattung und tollen Zimmern, Betten etc. uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig, da wir im Frühjahr dort waren, haben wir auch die Heizung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist nur mit deutschen Geräten ausgestattet, die Kinder konnten Smoothys machen und Organgensaft zum Frühstück genießen. Alles war blitzeblank sauber, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das beste zum Schluß: es gibt richtige Oberbetten und keine Wolldecken mit Laken!! Ein absoluter Traum, wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder in die Villa Azul.
