The Villa Azul was built in 2002 and is located in Sesmarias, just on the west end of Carvoeiro. It is surrounded by a 1600 sqm landscaped garden and has a beautiful view to the sea.
The house has surrounding outside terraces and an additional large roof terrace. With 10 by 5 sqm the private pool is large enough for swimming. Afterwards prepare some fish with the outside BBQ!
The large living and dining area with an open kitchen is located in the ground floor. Here you find also the two guests rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
The second level of the house contains some private rooms, which are not for rent

The imported quality kitchen in the „country house“ style is equipped with a granite work top and high-end machines from SIEMENS and all tools for a luxury kitchen.
The washing machine for your clothes is located in a separate washing room.

Also located in the ground floor, you will find the two large bedrooms (15 sqm.). From the doors you have a direct access to the pool. Each room has a imported double bed.
Fitted wardrobes provide enough space for all things you might bring with you.
Also the bedrooms are equipped with an air condition. Guests with small children can use the baby cot.
The bathrooms are connected directly two the bedrooms and are decorated with local tiles. They also have a floor heating for the colder season.
