In house nearness is a garden with typical portuguese plants which goes over in the other area h a nature garden. An enclosure of trees, shrubs and a natural stone wall provide a broadminded and at the same moment recovered atmosphere.
From the living room you can enter into a big sheltered terrace. A stair leads down to the pool area with 4 x to 9 m (salted water system).
The house built in 1996 with high quality has 140 m2 floor space and is broadminded and individually furnished.
To your disposal: a spacious living-room with dining area (35 m ²) with Sat-TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, big kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and coffee maker; in the adjacent housekeeping room is also a washer. In the whole house an under-floor heating is installed.
The garden is equipped with local plants, and in a wide range natur garden.Der pool area is surrounded by terraces and shadow zones (parasol, awning, trees).
The pool (9m x 4m) with Roman staircase is chlorfei (sea-hygiene).
There are several terraces:
40qm directly at the house, partially covered and protected from the wind, ca.20qm terrace in the pool area.
Than 4 sun beds, 3 tables and 12 seats are in the outdoor area available.
