The house is ideal for 10-11 persons, it has a well-equipped main kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a large living room / dining room and a beautiful terrace for the entire group.
It is possible to seperate (Of the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace like an apartment. Another apartment with separate entrance is attached to the house. Here lives a couple who cares for the care of the pool, garden, cleaning around the villa and small repairs. The couple will reside only in the apartment and the guests will hardly notice them. However, if there should come to any questions or problems, they are always ready to take care of all concerns.
The house has 2 televisions.
